Delivery Policy

Cynosure will process all orders within 48 hours of payment being received, with the exception of public holidays and weekends.

If an item is unavailable, Cynosure will provide you an estimated delivery date in good faith. We will not accept any liability for delay in delivering the goods beyond our reasonable control. Please ensure there is a person present at the delivery address who is authorised to accept delivery. If the delivery contractor arrives but is unable to deliver the Goods or considers that it is unsafe or inappropriate to do so, you may be required to pay for re-delivery. Note couriers will not deliver to a PO Box and delivery times are between 9am and 5pm weekdays (with the exception of public holidays).

All orders will be dispatched using Star Track couriers; orders can generally take depending on your location within Australia 1 - 7 business days.

If you would like to collect up your order from the Cynosure head office (14 – 16 Suakin Street, Pymble, NSW, 2073) then please ensure you contact Cynosure administration on 1300CYNOSURE (1300 2966 7873) to arrange collection. If you choose to collect your order, please ensure you do so within 3 working days. Cynosure has the right to restock your order if it has not been collected within the allocated time frame.
